i truly wouldnt be ‘honest’ about the tattoo to your interviewer because it goes directly in a file and then they look for it, dont say a word, if you can hide it, no one is going to care, i work with a tattoo and keep my mouth shut about it and keep it out of view and i have worked for 3 years and no one has a clue.
